The Magic of Green Screening

Green screening is a cool way of adding some fun effects to your video creation, but first let's find out a bit about what it is all about.
Today you are going to explore the idea of using green screen in iMovie, there are some cool new features in iMovie that allow you to do lots of creative editing on your iPad.  Watch this clip to learn from of the basics.

This week's project is making our own version of Shotgun!

Today we are going to learn and explore Green screening in iMovie, our challenge it to try and re create our own Taumata version of Shotgun. What is our plan of attack?
  1. Watch the video and learn about what Green Screening is.
  2. In groups of 3, go outside and take 5-10 photos of our school (lets also talk about how to take a good photo using an iPad!)
  3. In the Green Screen room, lip sync to the song shot gun while recording from eye view.

Creating a wormhole
